Dynata has an exciting opportunity for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager, Americas.  Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Americas, this role will be responsible for defining and optimizing a modern account-based marketing (ABM) program that creates regional and personalized customer buying experiences.  With a strong focus on the company’s strategic growth initiatives in the AMER region, the growth marketing manager will develop and drive modern, integrated marketing campaigns and their underlying processes to penetrate and grow one of the company’s most strategic customer segments.  They will work cross-functionally to oversee and determine the optimal marketing mix for the development and execution of end-to-end, ABM programs that help convert, expand, and accelerate this customer segment.

In coordination with the global digital marketing team, you will be responsible for flawlessly executing regional, integrated ABM campaigns for AMER’s key accounts that achieve desired results and positively impact sales growth. In the role, you must be able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment and possess strong technical and communication skills.


Responsibilities include the development and management of all growth marketing activities with a focus on growing Dynata’s customer base.

  • Design sales-driven, targeted, personalized, and integrated ABM campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and deliver program materials, including, but not limited to, campaign messaging, contact acquisition, targeted segmentation, and personalized assets and collateral.
  • Test and optimize campaign activities to maximize ROI and make data-driven decisions by measuring campaign performance and KPIs.  Develop recommendations to improve/optimize campaign performance.
  • Proactively engage with the direct sales teams in a regular cadence to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of all marketing activities to drive pipeline and velocity.
  • Monitor progression of inbound leads to ensure optimal lead flow and timely follow up with Field Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Assist in creating and utilizing content to directly address buyer’s needs at each stage of their journey by amplifying content through multi-channel digital, social, event and content marketing campaigns to build thought leadership, create demand and generate sales pipeline


  • Bachelor’s degree required, Major in Business and Marketing desirable
  • 5+ years B2B digital marketing or Ad Tech experience; ABM experience is required
  • Deep working knowledge of marketing and reporting tools such as MS Dynamics 365, Demandbase (Engagio), and Power BI
  • Hands-on multi-channel marketing experience, including digital, social, event and content marketing
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and innovative self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven history of partnering with sales teams to drive a culture of collaboration and direct communication
  • Strong project management experience, particularly running large projects with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques is considered a plus
